Condo Control is a user-friendly internet-based platform utilized by Kings Court, and all building owners or tenants are required to register through Property Management. This platform provides residents with access to an array of services, including the ability to submit requests and complaints, read management notices, and access building documents.

Additionally, residents can book amenities such as the elevator, gym, and rooftop amenities, receive package notifications via email or text message, and post notices to the building’s resident bulletin board.

New residents, tenants, and owners must register with Property Management to gain access to Condo Control. Once registered you will receive a Welcome Letter to activate your account and download the app which is available for both iPhone and Android users.
