Kings Court features great amenities that include an extensive rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the Toronto skyline and Lake. For your entertaining and enjoyment, the rooftop also features BBQ areas, a large party room, exercise facilities, a sauna and hot tub overlooking the City.

Kings Court offers the following facilities for your enjoyment. All are accessible by your fob unless otherwise noted.

• Men & Ladies Change rooms
• Board Room – open unless booked privately by a resident
• Lounge (party room) – open unless booked privately by a resident. Reserved and paid a week in advance via Building Link, Security Management
• South Terrace – Right from the elevator. BBQ (no smoking is permitted on this side of the terrace)
• North Terrace – Left from the elevator (smoking permitted please use the smoking station provided)

All amenities are locked nightly. There is no smoking and pets are not permitted on the common elements of the building.

GUEST SUITES – 3rd floor – must be reserved and paid in advance via Security, Management or Building Link.
